All items are backed by a 30 day guarantee (provided items have not been damaged and are resellable). If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Data Supply Solutions you may call us at 360-882-9120 and request an authorization to return the products to us (RMA). Once you receive your RMA# you may return the goods to us. Once we have received the goods at our location we will initiate a refund to your account (refund will be the purchase price minus any shipping and handling fees). You will be refunded via the same methos as the purchase was made. You have 30 days from the date the order is placed to request a return authorization. All returned items must be in resellable condition. You should attain insurance on the returned package as we are not responsible for damages resulting during the shipment of returned items (please get proper shipping insurance for all returned items).
If you wish to cancel an order you must do so before the order has shipped or before we have initiated shipping documents for the order. We only ship to US addresses (we do not ship to Canada, Mexico or other countries).
We process most orders within 2 business days (business days are Monday through Friday and do not include holidays or weekends). Our shipping rates are dependent upon the product being purchased and are specified at the time of checkout. We ship via the most convenient carrier for us. These carriers include but are not limited to USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
